You agree not to use the platform to conduct unauthorized algorithmic trading, reverse-engineer the proprietary AI models, or scrape data at velocities exceeding the API limits specified in your institutional contract.
Privacy Policy
FinSight Agent operates under strict data sovereignty principles designed for institutional clients. We do not use your proprietary portfolio data, private search queries, or custom model fine-tuning to train our foundational models or share insights across tenants.
Data Encryption
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3.
Retention Policy
Query logs are retained for 30 days unless a longer period is mandated by compliance.
